“My knowledge, tenacity, and understanding allow me to guide my clients while taking into consideration their unique family situation and goals,” Ms. Sirkin said.

Ms. Sirkin’s empathy and her insight are her two most important characteristics in practicing family law.

“I apply the facts to the law to persuade in your favor while understanding your individual circumstances,” she said.

Ms. Sirkin pledges to guide her clients through each step of this unfamiliar process. She only asks that her clients provide her with truthful and accurate information.

“We are knowledgeable professionals and will not judge,” she said. “We need to know all of the relevant information to help  you make the correct decisions throughout your case to have the best potential outcome.”

Ms. Sirkin is licensed to practice in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York.

Education

Ms. Sirkin earned her bachelor of arts in psychology and sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. She also completed the American Bar Association Section of Family Law and National Institute for Trial Advocacy Family Law program.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Sirkin worked exclusively in family law. She practiced family law through the University of Virginia School of Law Post Graduate Fellowship program.
