Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of social work from the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is also designated as a Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association of Counsel for Children and Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
